Technical Program

The Congress will feature a high-standard technical program including plenary, distinguished, contributed and poster papers. Papers will cover all aspects of acoustics.
The ICA2013 will use a presentation management system to facilitate the running of technical sessions. Once your talk has been prepared, whether two months before the Congress or on the day of your presentation, it may be uploaded, from anywhere in the world. An Audio/Video Preview room will be available at the Palais des congrès during the Congress for you to review your presentation and make modifications. Authors will not be able to use their personal laptops for their presentations. Use of the presentation management system eliminates the disruption caused by switching computers in the middle of a session. Similarly, authors will not be able to upload their presentations from a USB drive during their technical session.
Plenary Lectures
A special feature of the ICA Congress will be the Plenary Lectures. Each day will start off with a plenary lecture by an eminent acoustician on a topic of interest to all. Please meet our Plenary Lecturers. Click on the names to bring up a biographical sketch.

Organization
Many people are contributing to the successful organization of the Technical Program. See Technical Program Organizers for the listing.
The Call for Papers was sent out by the Acoustical Society of America in October 2012 to ASA members, including posting on the ASA website. In parallel, all member Societies of the ICA received a notification that they could pass on to their members.
If you would like to participate in the technical program, please take note of the following important point:
